Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg is a Harvard Business Press author, keynote speaker, and globally recognized expert on reframing, innovation, and problem-solving. His most recent book, What’s Your Problem?, was recommended by former Google CEO Eric Schmidt with the words “If you want the superpower of solving better problems, read this book”. 

Thomas’ research has been translated into 17 languages and was featured in The Economist, Harvard Business Review, and The Financial Times. He has shared his reframing method with firms like Cisco, Microsoft, Citigroup, Union Pacific, the Wall Street Journal, and the United Nations.

Thomas has been recognized as a “Top 30 management thinker to watch” by Thinkers50 and a “Top 20 International Thinker” by HR Magazine. His first book, “Innovation as Usual”, coauthored with Paddy Miller, explains how to drive innovation in an everyday work setting. 

Thomas holds an MA in Media Science from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from IESE Business School. Prior to his academic career, he served for four years as an officer with the Danish Royal Guards.
