Lisa Nicole Bell is a multidisciplinary creator at the intersection of media and technology as a storyteller and entrepreneur. She is the creator, executive producer, and host of Behind the Brilliance, a weekly podcast featuring conversations with an eclectic mix of creatives, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Lisa directed and produced The Emerging Artist Series, a digital docu-series, with Academy-award-winning actress Viola Davis. Lisa also served as a creative producer on Fair Game, the highly anticipated Australian feature-length documentary about race, identity, culture, and coming of age. The film premiered to record viewing numbers and is now being used in schools as a tool to start critical conversations about race and culture. 

Prior to her current ventures, Lisa started a standardized test preparation company, which was acquired. Leveraging her creativity and problem-solving prowess, Lisa is an advisor and investor in startups. She’s mentored founders, spoken on prominent stages around the world, and expanded her impact to philanthropy through the boards of EmpowHer and the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles. Named a Woman Making a Difference by the Los Angeles Business Journal, Lisa and her work have been seen in dozens of media outlets including Fast Company, Inc, Forbes, and more. Her awards and accolades include the Cable Positive Award and the NAACP Theatre Award, among others.
