Scott White is an Author, Speaker, and Executive better known by his nickname, the “Life is Too Short Guy,” because he lives every day with intense zest, enthusiasm, and excitement. Scott has an infectious personality he uses to make the world happier one smile at a time. He is the Chairman and CEO of Invesque, a public real estate investment company that specializes in health care and senior living property investments throughout North America. Scott is also a Co-Founder, Partner, and Strategic Advisor of Spectra Student Living. Spectra is a fast-growing student housing developer, owner, and operator.

Prior to focusing his career on real estate, Scott spent over thirteen years on Wall Street as a Senior Vice President of Brookfield Asset Management and as Director and Head of Deal Management at Citigroup’s Alternatives Distribution Group. ​Earlier in his career, Scott was part of the Health Care Group at Citi’s Investment Bank, working with clients in the healthcare sector on M&A and capital raising assignments. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
